Butcher Block Grilled Sirloin Steak with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak
  • Butcher's Block Sea Salt Blend Grinder, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 recipe prepared El Dorado Sauce, or your favourite sauce

Preparation

  • Place steak in non-reactive pan, put all marinade ingredients (but sauce) on top then rub over both sides and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Barbecue on hot grill approximately 5 minutes aside, with lid closed, to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice the meat thinly, lift to a heated platter, and serve with sauce.
