Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 large broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 14 cup butter
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and heat until butter is melted. Drizzle over broccoli and serve. Delicious with chicken or fish.
