These little bites are the perfect appetizer for your next gathering or fancy eats for a cozy movie night at home. Super easy to make, you’ll love the crunch of the chips, the creamy queso and beans, and the pop of tomato salsa!

Ingredients

  • 12 can (14 oz/398 ml) unsalted black beans, about 1 cup
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 30 tortilla scoops or chips
  • 12 cup prepared Ooey Gooey Queso Hot Dip
  • 1 12 cups milk, your choice
  • 1 pkg Ooey Gooey Queso Hot Dip Mix
  • 1 cup grated cheddar

Preparation

  • Drain and rinse beans. Dice tomato. Place in bowl with mix; stir to combine.
  • Arrange chips on a platter. Spoon bean mix over each chip.
  • Drizzle with queso prior to serving.
