Black Bean Brownies

Flourless chocolaty brownies—black beans add moisture and fudgy texture. It’s your secret that they are gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz /398 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 34 cup cocoa powder
  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 12 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  • Place a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer on a Sheet Pan.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
  • Divide the batter into the Rectangular Steamer.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides.
