Best Dressed Greens
Ingredients
- 10 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Sea Salt, freshly ground, to taste
- Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing, or balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled light feta cheese
Preparation
- Place greens in a large serving bowl.
- Add radishes and tomatoes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper, then drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. Gently toss to mix. Finish with feta.
