Barbecued Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini, unpeeled and cut into large sticks
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 13 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation

  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Brush zucchini sticks with vegetable oil, sprinkle with Vegetable Seasoning and season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
  • Barbecue until slightly tender and grill marked. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
