Bali Chicken Quesadillas with Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Big Batch Bali Chicken, cooked, sliced or cubed
  • 34 cup grated low-fat cheese
  • 1 green pepper, diced – optional
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 recipe prepared Sriracha Aioli

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Lay 2 tortillas on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  • Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading to within 1⁄2" of edge.
  • Top each with another tortilla. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Cut into wedges, and serve with prepared Sriracha Aioli.
