Asian Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp light oyster sauce, or soy sauce
  • 12 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 12 red onion, sliced
  • 13 cup fresh or canned pineapple pieces

Preparation

  • Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  • Place a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, and add oil.
  • Add shrimp and marinade and flash fry for 2–3 minutes. Add onion and pineapple and toss to combine. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
