Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground soy round
  • 4 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables – any kind
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Chili Seasoning or Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) kidney beans

Preparation

  • Heat ground soy in Multipurpose Pot over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and heat for approximately 8 minutes.
